About Networkbase

Software that treats your members as a network, not a database.

Networkbase is the AI operating system for member networks. We bring member and partner data, engagement, events, working groups, CRM, campaigns, regions, and optional payments into one product — then add the Network Brain, a transparent scoring engine that shows which members, working groups, and chapters are active or drifting — with the evidence behind member, chapter, and network scores. On top of it works an AI organizer: it finds the members who need attention, shows the evidence, and prepares outreach your team approves — data-informed, human-approved.

What we believe

A few convictions shape everything we build.

Members are a network, not a database

Networks run on relationships — who joined, who showed up, which partner organizations and working groups are actually active, and who is quietly drifting away. Software should make those connections visible, not just store rows.

Insight is only useful if it leads to action

We pair explainable engagement scores that show the evidence behind them with suggested next steps, and the Weekly Organizer Plan turns the highest-priority ones into drafted outreach your team approves, edits, or declines.

Member data deserves real care

We hold sensitive member information, so privacy and security are foundational — not features bolted on later. See our Security page for the details.

Where this comes from

We have run the networks this software is for.

Networkbase is built by Jamshid Hashimi and the team at RapidIteration. Before Networkbase, Jamshid built Healthy Aging CORE for United Way — a multi-region knowledge and collaboration platform connecting Canada's community-based seniors-services sector across provinces: member directories, resources, working groups, events, funding opportunities, and the partner organizations behind them.

He has also organized communities himself for twenty years — including CodeWeekend, a developer community of 4,000+ members that has helped hundreds of people into tech careers. The judgment inside Networkbase — who needs attention, which group is fading, what to do next — comes from doing that work by hand, long before it was software.

The pattern we kept seeing

Member networks hold valuable relationship data, but it lives in spreadsheets, inboxes, and one coordinator's memory. When that person moves on, the network forgets. Networkbase exists so the institution remembers — and so one organizer can run what used to take a team.

Who we build for

Every kind of organization that convenes a network.

Sector and knowledge hubs, federated nonprofits, communities of practice and working groups, coalitions, collective-impact backbone organizations and funder networks, age-friendly community networks and peak bodies, professional associations, chambers, and alumni networks are who Networkbase is built for: understand your network and act on it — from a single working group to multi-region networks spanning provinces and countries.
