- Can small groups use Networkbase?
- Yes. Launch is designed for small groups and working groups that need a public site, directory, groups, events, resources, and basic analytics.
- When do I need the Network plan?
- Choose Network when you need regional or chapter workspaces, local administrators and parent-network reporting. Organization supports multiple working groups within one shared workspace.
- We don't collect member dues. Is Networkbase still for us?
- Yes. Payments and invoicing are a module you can leave switched off. Grant-funded networks, coalitions, and backbone organizations use Networkbase for the member and partner directory, working groups, events, resources, and the engagement evidence that feeds funder and board updates.
- Is the migration audit required?
- No. Setup & Migration is an optional add-on for organizations moving from another system — or from spreadsheets and shared drives — with complex member or partner data.
- Does AI decide what happens automatically?
- No. The Network Brain's scores are deterministic and explainable — every score shows the evidence behind it. The Weekly Organizer Plan proposes outreach with that evidence attached, and a person approves, edits, or declines every proposal. Approving an Organizer Plan proposal creates a campaign draft; sending it is separate. Scheduled emails and workflows you configure can send automatically.
